Woho alias Wolfgang Hoelzle
After Graduation from the University of Music ( Accordion,Piano and Pipe-Organ ) he plays mostly Accordion, Piano and Organ. His professional Carrier took him to many different countries such as China, Korea, the US, Australia and Japan where he lives now for the past 17 years and teaches German and Music at the University. He also plays several concerts for the German Embassy in Tokyo and the German Chamber of Commerce in Guangzhou / China ( Oktoberfest Promotion Tour) Since September 2011 Woho is playing the Yokohama/Akarenga Oktoberfest with Kalendar Band and Yuko as their MC. He composed and arranged the Thema song fo the NHK-German Radio Course where he worked for the past 10 years. He played/appeared and arranged the TV-Commercial song for several Companies such as Sekisui Heim or Mc Donalds.
Short resume of Woho´s performance
In 1996 special guest concert at the "All Japan Accordion Competition", promoted by the Kansai Accordion Association also in the same year Organ accompaintment at " 34th Concert of Mokuyo-kai" at the Kanagawa Prefectural Music Hall: Haydn " Missa Brevis " .
Accordion concerts at the "Welcome House" of the Olympic Winter Games in Nagano 1998, lead by official sponsors.
Concert and interview on TVK-TV for the "Hama Taikoku" feature. Concert broadcast via cable-TV (YOU Television).
2000 November, live interview with the German TV-Channel "BAYERN 3" and documentary about W. Hoelzle's work in Japan
Composition of the theme music for the NHK radio "German Lesson" features. Playing the Hawaii Oktoberfest, Honolulu at the Ala Moana Hotel.

Additional to his live performance he produced 6 CD`s with his original song, also published one music sheet " Musette de Paris " worldwide. He performed at the Westin Hotel the Vienna Opera Ball and further several times at the Austrian Embassy.
In May 18th 2012 he received a " Award Certificate " and a honorary pin from the German Ambassador Dr. Volker Stanzel and the BDF Chairman Dr. Röser.
Woho said: for me music is not a occupation or a job, it is my passion and I want to give as many people as possible happiness, optimism, relax and a charming smile. Music is something you do not need to understand or speak any languages, just listen and enjoy, it´s so simple, isn´t it?

Plays, Piano Accordion, Keyboard, Cowbells, Guitar, and Vocals. Learnt to play accordion from the age of seven and first made public appearances from the age of 10. Joined the German Folk dance group in Brisbane where they won several awards and later become Instructor of the group. Formed a high school rock and roll band in 1972 with younger brother Roy and two other members. As a musical career became apparent he left the folkdance group to form the Kalendar German show band with his brothers Peter and Roy, and family friend Herby. As bandleader he was responsible for management and bookings for the band, and has history has shown, since their inception we have been in fulltime professional work since 1978 and have appeared many times on television and in the newspapers in Australia and in Japan. He is a writer full member of the Australasian Performing Right Association and some of my compositions have received radio and television airplay. One of his songs also made it to the final of the South Pacific Song contest.
" Peter Sali "
Plays Rhythm Guitar, Trombone, Vocals, Bavarian Dancing. Took part in the Vietnam War in 1969/70, while there, entertained Australian and American troops in Saigon. After the war traveled overseas to Russia, Tokyo, London, and Germany. On returning to Australia I joined EMI records and became Queensland State Manager. In that position he was regularly in contact with international artists such as Paul McCartney, Michael Jackson, Ray Charles, Neil Diamond, Roberta Flack, Dr. Hook, and The Saints. he was personally involved with them when they were touring Queensland. In 1973 he joined the Kalendar Show band with his 2 brothers and have been working professionally ever since.
" Roy Sali "
Plays Trumpet, Tuba, Swiss Alphorn, Bass Guitar, Lead Guitar, and Vocals. He started learning trumpet at the age of 10, at about the same time joined the German Folkdance group with his older brother Hasan. They won several awards for best dancing group from competition Australia wide. After 7 years of dancing and performing, he left the group to concentrate his focus on German music, which resulted in the formation of "The Kalendar Band". During his schooling years, at the Conservatory of Music, he studied practical and theory of music in trumpet. he was also a member of their high school rock band, playing bass guitar. After graduating from high school, (1974) he worked at the EMI Record Company, as a sales representative, and left this position when the opportunity arose to work full time in a German restaurant with the Kalendar Band.
He joined Woho & Kalendar Band the first time in 2013 and became now fix member Peter studied at the University of Music. After graduation he performed several symphonic orchestra, Theater orchestra, Jazz-Pop and Rock bands. He plays guitar, saxophone, bass, vocal and yodeling.
He also works as a music teacher and piano tuner.

The music has CONNIE SINGER accompanied since she was born and has always been an integral part in all stages of her life. She discovered very early that the stage is her world.
Through her professional stage presence and warm and easy way CONNIE SINGER has performed Gigs in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and Holland. She also went for several concerts to Japan, Las Vegas and Chicago.
Her television presence is very appreciated by all music lovers. In television shows like for example "Every Sunday", "Melodies of the Mountains" and many more, CONNIE SINGER performing as a special guest.
A high point in her past, successful career, was participating in the "Grand Prix of Folk Music 2007" in Vienna.
